Das letzte Update hatte mein Gerät unbrauchbar gemacht, es startete nicht mehr. Der Support war aber sehr gut. Durch mehrere Anleitung zur Reparatur wurde das Axis Gerät wieder zum Laufen gebracht. besten dank dafür. Sehr gute Arbeit.

I tried to do an update for the axiss.
Update program downloaded
But PC didn't recognize it, that was step 1
In step 2 the axiss was not listed
Couldn't go any further then.
When disconnecting the axiss.
The axiss didn't do anything anymore, it didn't turn on anymore.
Electra stim emailed and a feedback VERY soon.
And got advice, but the axiss remained dead.
I was able to send the Axiss to Estim, where they would do the update for me for free.
I did that, and was well received by mail.
Hope to get it back soon.

On first impressions was it looks small compared ro the medium noir butt plug. Well I was wrong. It is actually very filling when inserted. The real test is the sensation when on. That doesn't disappoint. You feel the different internal electrodes when set to alternating wave. It is certainly a different experience but its well worth it. Its a good design the deep ridges define the separate electrodes. I am looking forward to many a happy hour with this toy.
