Withdraw from contract

Use this form to tell us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase under the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.

Once submitted, our Customer Services team will review your request, confirm receipt by email, and provide the next steps for returning your item. We may contact you if we need any further information, such as order details or confirmation of the items you wish to return.

Please note that for hygiene and health protection reasons, intimate products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, undamaged, and still sealed in their original retail packaging.
