DELIVERY INFORMATION

All items are shipped in plain, discreet packaging via a tracked courier service and often require a signature upon receipt. There will be no mention of 'ElectraStim' or our products anywhere on the parcel and the sender will be listed as 'Cyrex Ltd'.

In our experience, most mainland EU orders are delivered within 10 working days, but please use your tracking code for the exact date and time for delivery. 

To avoid delivery complications we strongly advise that only residential addresses are used for receiving orders. Business addresses should be avoided unless you can provide an EORI number to the delivery company. 

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a tracking code by email so you can follow the parcel right to your door! Orders placed before 12 noon (EST) will be dispatched the same working day, otherwise they will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

You will receive a tracking code at dispatch. Please note that we are based in the UK; keep an eye on this tracking for up to date arrival times. 

All orders are dispatched with customs charges paid. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 working hours of the transaction time. Orders placed before 12 noon (EST) will be dispatched the same day (except in the case of weekends, where your order will be dispatched the next working day). Anything placed after noon will be dispatched the next working day.

*Orders selecting 'UPS Access Point' will be shipped to the closest UPS Access Point to your 'Shipping Address' as defined by UPS's API. If you require your order to be shipped to a specific UPS Access Point please make sure that you use a nearby postcode and leave us a note at checkout.
