Cancellation:
Your rights to return goods purchased from this website are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. We can accept the return of unopened, unused products in original retail packaging for a full refund provided they are returned to us within 30 working days of receipt of your order.
PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED YOUR ELECTRASTIM PRODUCTS FROM ANOTHER SELLER (I.E. LOVEHONEY, AMAZON OR A PHYSICAL RETAIL STORE), YOU WILL NEED TO RETURN THE GOODS TO THEM. PLEASE CONSULT THE SELLER'S RETURNS POLICY FOR MORE INFORMATION.
To arrange a return of an item purchased from this website you need to send an email to info@electrastim.com with your order number, what you would like to return and some more information as to why.
Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the shipping cost and risk of loss or damage when returning any goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault; for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in new, sealed condition unless faulty. We cannot accept returns of items that have been used or even just tried on for hygiene reasons.
Faulty Items: If your ElectraStim stimulator develops a fault within 12 months of purchase you are eligible for a replacement or repair. If you have purchased directly from us on this website, you will need to contact us using the Returns Form below. If you have purchased from a third party within the last 12 months you are eligible for a repair or replacement but you will need to return it directly to the seller and they will contact us themselves. Please note that all returned items will need to include the original proof of purchase. Stimulator charging ports that have been damaged due to excessive force when plugging in are not eligible for a free repair under warranty.
All items will require testing before a replacement or refund can be offered. Please note that you will need to bear the cost of return postage, but if the item is found to be faulty (within 12 months of purchase) we will replace or repair the item and ship it back to you for free. Please ensure that all returned items are in a clean and hygienic condition. Items that become faulty due to misuse are not covered by our returns policy or warranty. Please note that any missing orders must be reported within 60 days of dispatch. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
